Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• No Cash Refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
• An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof of damage.
• The product must have all original tags attached.
• The item should be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The return product must be dispatched back within 7 days after approval.
• Exchanges are available only for size issues.
• Shipping cost for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
